We provide tables for a wedding or anniversary: 1 bride, 1 groom, 1 gift, and 1
registry. All have lace skirts and are decorated. Setup is $200.00. Decorations
would include flowers and ribbons for the front of the bride, groom and registry
tables. We supply the candles for each table and have centerpieces for the groom
and registry tables (rice basket, candelabra, rice tree, and cut glass candle
arrangement.) If you choose a more elaborate table setting with draped satin,
fresh flowers, or special colors of fabric, we charge $225.00.
If you prefer, we will come in and take care of your entire reception. We will
bring dishes, silverware, punch bowls, coffee service, china cups and plates,
punch, coffee, nuts, mints, candleholders for the bride's and groom's tables. We
will also bring a rice bag basket or tree for registry and table decorations in
the colors of your choice. We also have the cake knives and champagne glasses for
the bride and groom. We can obtain additional glasses for the guests. We can
provide trays for the food and we will clean up the kitchen. We do not mop the
hall or set up tables unless prior arrangements have been made. We will serve
food and refill the coffee and punch. The charge for this setup is $2.25 per
person in addition to the table charge. If you need someone to serve the cakes,
we can provide additional servers at an hourly rate. We can provide aides and
bartenders for any event.
If you are having food, we can dress the tables at a charge of $10.00 per 8' table.
We will be in charge of replenishing the food and taking the skirts off the tables.
We also offer other decorating services such as guest table covers and
centerpieces. The price of each will be determined upon your selection. We
can also decorate latticework and we have access to rentals. We have business
cards for DJ's, liquor suppliers, florists, and musicians.
If you prefer, we can provide you with plastic dishes if you are going to
use a facility that has no dishwasher. We can also bring ice if there is not
an ice machine.
We offer our time and patience to come to you and provide expert service. We
will work with you in any way we can. When you give us the key to the hall,
office, or your home, you can count on honesty and timeliness. We will make
arrangements to be there for any other service you may be having, such as
music or drink deliveries, as long as they are within the hours of setup or
just prior to the event. We can prepare the cake, food, and decorations - everything
from start to finish SO you can enjoy the day.
